"Elcoco Foam" is a foam material that accommodates various processing methods related to cushioning packaging design, such as cutting, slicing, pressing, and thermal welding. It can easily reproduce complex shapes that involve multiple manufacturing processes and is a highly versatile material. Additionally, by reducing the mixing ratio of resin raw materials, it successfully suppresses the calories generated during combustion. It is fundamentally suitable for incineration treatment, making it excellent for disposal after use. The main raw material, corn starch, is less than half the cost of the resin material (polypropylene), achieving significant cost reduction compared to conventional resin-based foams.
